Woke up pretty early and was thinking of just being lazy (as in just remaining in bed trying to ignore the bright, bright sun...). Unfortunately, I just couldn't fall asleep again so decided to try to not look at the clock because I knew it was sorta early... well, early is quite a relative term, considering what kind of a morning person I am... ^_^
The morning was spent browsing through all the reviews I had received during the night from my adoring fans of my Lord of the Rings fanfic. The chapter has already gotten about 90 hits! I always feel good when getting reviews; who wouldn't? Oh, and I saw that Maria had uploaded a new chapter for her Newsies fanfic, Ace of Hearts. It made me once more remember just how much I liked (and still like!) Newsies, though the fanfic world of Newsies is getting a bit boring recently.
Naomi had gone to babysit Malia and Bella so for lunch it was just Erin, Maki, and me. Had soba... mmmm...

Maki had an orientation session at the campus so I stayed home and watched Clean Slate which I had borrowed from Blockbusters last night. The reason I wanted to watch the movie so much is because I have a very nostalgic memory of watching with my Grandpa when I was visiting in Hawaii many years ago. Grandpa had a tendency to flip channels a lot (:P) but there was this one movie where we flipped back to quite a bit. I remembered many scenes but never knew who was acting in the movie or what the title of the movie was. Through all my movie studies on the Internet (^_^) I discovered it was this movie so was excited to see that they had it in stock at Blockbusters. It was an ok movie though there were VERY hilarious scenes scattered throughout! There are especially funny scenes involving Dana Carvey's character's dog who has a problem with depth perception... :P
Wrote a little bit for my Interpreter fic and it wasn't until past 4:00 did Maki get home!! :S You see, it seems her orientation session was REALLLY long. :P My session had been really short so I feel bad that it had been so long for her. Anyway, all her holds have been cleared so she can register so she was working the rest of the afternoon trying to register for classes. She's having a bit of a hard time getting classes set up so please be praying for her that things will go well and smoothly!

At around 5:00 Naomi dropped me off at the Diamond Head Theatre for my tap lesson! I had signed up for the Intermediate course which was from 5:15 for an hour. I was just a bit nervous (actually not that much) because I wasn't sure if I could fit into the Intermediate course (I have been doing tap for only about eight months and took a month off). However, that lesson had maybe ten to fifteen students and a few others just popping in an out. It isn't very strict or professional like the dance studio I had gone to in Japan so it was a very different experience.

Then it was the Advanced class and though it was just a bit more difficult than my class in Japan, I could keep up pretty well without too many problems. I had to leave a little early so before I left, my teacher just said to come for the last half of the Intermediate class then stay for the whole Advanced class. All right!! I'm just soooo happy that I could get into the Advanced class!
Got home just a little before 7:00 and we had a nice dinner which today Erin had prepared! Very yummy, though unfortunately I don't each much after dancing. So leftovers for tomorrow!
At 8:00 we had our first prayer meeting! We sang two songs then had praise time, then we all prayed. It was evident that the Holy Spiriti was leading the whole meeting. Tonight I felt the Lord was putting the words in my mouth what to pray about.
After the meeting, I went to my computer and saw that my mother had called me on chat. We had an audio/video conversation which was really nice because Ai, Manami-san, Minako, and Yukko were at my mother's house! We had a really nice and 'interesting' (^_^) conversation! It's always fun to talk to the people from the church. Too bad my father and Bonka weren't there! *sniff sniff*

Then I was audio chatting for quite a loooong time with Maria, even while I was writing this blog. :P It's interesting, we just leave the audio on and though we do our own things, we know the other is there so we just say random things (very 'us'-like... ^_^) .
Ok, to end my blog, here's an interesting picture of Maki that I took. You see, we were joking that the guitar was so big, Maki's whole upper body couold hide behind it... and she really could!

HAHA! I love that guitar pic of Maki...and yes, it does look like a guitar with legs and arms. Lol, yeah, our audio chat was really random. But it was fun and nice too. :D That's SO great about your tap, must have been cool to be told you can be in Advanced class. Oh yeah, and thanks for reviewing. ^_^ Dana Carvey is pretty cute, must have been a fun movie. Wow...long comment. Well, g'night~!
I am so happy for you that you can go into the advance tap class. Your standard must be pretty high :-)
Nice! Good to hear you could go to the advance course.
