Naomi came in around 7:45 to wake me up since I had a driving lesson from 8:30. I was sort of awake since 6'ish because like I mentioned it's pretty bright in my room in the early morning. Doris Shima, my driving teacher, came exactly on time and had me drive from the very beginning. Mostly we worked on coming to intersections and taking both left and right turns. All of this was done on more or less deserted roads so there weren't many cars (which was very nice since I'm still not too comfortable with driving.) Later on we took some main roads where there was some more traffic.

The class ended after an hour and a half of driving. I was tired when I got home; driving takes a lot of concentration especially when 1) I'm still not used to driving and 2) I'm still not 'quite' awake. :p Got home and after a little while, Naomi took Maki to try and get her social security number and TB checkup at the Diamond Head Clinic. Erin and I stayed home; Erin doing computer on Maki's computer (she doesn't have her computer yet) and I watched Moonlighting on my computer. (cute pic?)
Naomi called a little after noon saying that they would take some more time so we waited till they came back around 1:30 for lunch. It seems Maki couldn't get her Social Security Number until she gets some paperwork. So they went to get her Student ID at the campus library then got her TB checkup. Of course her testing came out positive (she is Japanese as most all Japanese people come out positive because of some reason that is too complicated. :P Basically, Japanese people get TB shots when they are young so they can be immune to it.)
For lunch, we had taco salad leftover from last night. Erin took Naomi to Heather's house to babysit Malia and Bella. I had planned to go with her but wasn't feeling too well; had a slight headache and stomach-ache. After cooling off in my room, I decided to do some stretching because I felt I had been doing a little too much computer. Did a 40 minute workout which felt really good. Again a little more flexible than before which surprised Maki. ^_^

I decided to work on Boromir, Thou Shall Live and got seven pages finished which is pretty good! I'm at the part where Pippin has arrived in Minas Tirith and is facing Denethor. The whole scene has to change because Boromir is alive so I had to figure out how to make the changes yet keep the feel of Tolkien. Lots of fun! Nice pic... huh, Maria? ^_~
My headache had returned a bit so I laid down on the bed and shut my eyes. Before I knew it, I fell asleep and woke up about an hour later! During that time Maki and Erin had gone shopping to Times supermarket and Naomi had started cooking dinner.
I can't stop thinking about the delicious meal we had; a potato dish with hashbrown, a pork/eggplant/tomato dish, scallops in a creamy-lemon sauce, and salad. We all ate so much

It was while we were putting away the dishes and cleaning up that all of us (mostly Maki and I) started getting just a 'little' bit hyper. We starting doing lots of Veggietales skits, like Larry and Bob arguing, the French Peas

After dinner we decided to take a walk down Waikiki. Walked almost the whole length so we could go to Cold Stone!! I got a Mint Mint

<---- a picture of Maki near the statue of some Hawaiian king. It took a little bit for us to 'direct' Maki to look as much alike to the statue as she could. ^_^
Got home safe and sound and we all went to our rooms. After I finish writing this blog, am probably going to write more of my story. Hopefully (perhaps) I'll have it done by the end of this week. It would be nice if I did because my readers are starting to e-mail me again, 'demanding' that I write a new chapter very soon!

Awww, nice pic of Borry actually smiling. He always looked kinda like a bear with that beard. Beary Borry. :P Okay, whatever.
Ah, Waikiki sounds so nice. Cold Stone sounds even better. Iina~. :P
It'll be interesting to see you driving one day, and maybe I'll even be brave enough to be in the car when it happens. Oh, and Waikiki looks nice, I really should go down again. Although I usually only do for Cold Stones or Cheeses Cake Factory.
Hey there, I think it's really cool that you're driving now. Looks like you're having lots of fun, and I like your pic of Veggie Tales :D. I have a new blog up...I put the URL in, so please check it out when you have time, thx and God bless. ^_^
