Yes, I have cable tv now, but I'll get to that in a little bit. Woke up after 9:00; the last one to be up. :P At 10:00 Maki had an International Student Orientation Session so Naomi, Maki, and I went over to the campus. Dropped Maki off at the HIC office and while she had the session, Naomi and I went to do several things on campus.
First off, I got my student ID at the library building. I think I look like I'm grimacing in my picture though Naomi thinks it's a cute picture. Who do you trust? I don't know...
Next went over to the campus bookstore but first stopped by the College Student Activities Center. Naomi introduced me to George, who is in charge of all campus activities, and Mark, a student who does like office work. They were very nice and told me about all kinds of activities I should get involved in. ^_^ We'll see, the talent show seems interesting... Also, it's cool because I can buy movie tickets there at student prices which are quite a bit cheaper if I intent to go to an evening movie. VERY nice information to learn for me.

Paid for the books and went to practice some parking in the campus parking lot. My first try at parallel parking went perfectly! I was very proud of myself. Of course, pride goeth before a fall and I didn't do that well in reverse parking. :P Head-in parking I did ok; backing up I got all confused... hmm, must practice.
Picked Maki up around 11:45 and found out that she has to give some more information and have it all processed before she can register. Two more days!! Ahhh!!
For lunch we picked up Jack 'n' the Box; I got a yummy spicy chicken burger which I've come to love. Naomi drove to the house and dropped me off while Maki and she went to get Maki's X-ray results. I ate lunch with Erin while watching a movie.
In the middle of the movie, Naomi and Maki came home and started making copies of everything they have to drop off at the campus. Erin took Maki over to the campus while Naomi and I finished the movie.
After it was done, I went to my room and did some stretches and exercises. Felt good doing some stretches; I don't like feeling stiff as I felt a bit earlier today. Chatted with Mommy for quite a bit though unfortunately our chat got cut off when the cable guys came to check our Internet connection and hook up cable to our tv. So yes, now we can watch tv! Gonna have to start watching Monk weekly. ^_^ New episodes, hurray!
I planned to write some of my story but when I laid back in my bed to think of the next part of the story, I fell asleep! I woke up a good hour later with Maki snickering that I fell asleep. :P Ah, well. I went to bed late last night so I think I needed that nap.

Got online and chatted with Maria then took my laptop into the living where Naomi was doing some computer work while watching tv. Law and Order was playing so I watched two episodes. It was my first time to watch the show though I've heard so much about it. I enjoyed it quite a bit, especially since it completely focuses on the case without wandering away from the main subject. Another factor I like about it is that it focuses not only on the detectives and the police force but of the district attorneys and judges. Nice show, I might try to catch a few episodes when I'm not busy.

After dinner I went to my computer for a bit then watched Remington Steele with Naomi and Maki. It was a pretty funny episode which kind of mimics the Hitchcock film The Trouble With Harry. That reminds me that I have to watch that movie again. It's one of Hitchcock's very few 'light' movies. I always liked John Forsythe and Shirley MacLaine in that movie... It's so funny how everyone thinks they killed Harry. *snicker snicker* Ok, I really need to watch it again.
All right, not too many pictures today so I'll end my blog with a movie quote. Let's see... something funny... Ok, I got it! A quote from Kelly's Heroes that always cracks me up (Oddball

Oddball: Hi, man.
Big Joe: What are you doing?
Oddball: I'm drinking wine and eating cheese, and catching some rays, you know.

Big Joe: What's happening?
Oddball: Well, the tank's broke and they're trying to fix it.
Big Joe: Well, then, why aren't you up there helping them?
Oddball: [chuckles] I only ride 'em, I don't know what makes 'em work.

Lol, Oddball's my favorite character in Kelly's Heroes. Wow, all those books makes me feel so study-ish. Studious. :P I actually want school to start. :S Hmm...:P Well, sounds like you had another relaxing day in Hawaii. ^_^
Very nice. Well, you seem to be having a good time over there! :)
Woof,woof!
Just checking out your blog...
If I had known you were going to be needing "Gilgamesh," I would have sent you my copy. I had to read it in one of my advanced lit classes a few years ago. I doubt it will be something I ever peruse again, so I wouldn't mind sharing it for a good cause. :O)
One more thing...
Law and Order is the best thing about having cable! Well, except for Law and Order SVU...and CSI:
:O)
