Wednesday's Blog
I'm writing yesterday's blog today because last night blogger.com was down and I couldn't write. So I shall tell you what happened yesterday...
The morning was spent checking over the first draft of my English paper before going to class. English class was another one of those 'dull yet fun classes' because though it's a boring class, the company is great. ^_^ About half of us (at least half of those who actually come to class) are getting along well together. Before class we were laughing a lot, talking about the last class where (I think I mentioned it in my blog for that day) this guy in class kept going on and on about something completely off the subject which nobody cared about. lol!
Got my English quiz; got an A so I'm relieved since it was a bit confusing. We also did peer feedbacks for our first draft so Nichelle, Maki and I traded off papers (I checked Maki's). In the end we went over a few exercises then all pau!
Went home and relaxed for lunch, then headed off to math class. Today was a really easy class as usual and finished really quickly. Ballet class was next and I was their 45 minutes before class started, I did my exercises and stretches. Sharon later on helped me out with my pique turns as well as my pirouettes in fifth position (which is more difficult than in fourth position; at least in my opinion...) I think I'm always so tired out from ballet class because of the extra 45 minutes I exercise before the class actually starts. :p
As soon as I got home, finished up my math homework then since Erin was gone for class, Maki and I had dinner together of corn beef and soup (which Erin had made in the morning). Watched Hogan's Heroes for a little while then afterwards when I was flipping channels, saw that Rush Hour was on so we watched the last twenty minutes or so of the movie.
Maki led our prayer meeting tonight, reading from Psalm 6. It's a bit of a depressing Psalm with David crying out to the Lord for deliverance. But it goes to show that no matter how 'close' you are to God, it's inevitable that there will be trials and tribulations. It's how we handle these hard times that defines us.
Watched Rush Hour II after the meetins (I guess they were having a Rush Hour marathon or something). It's a 'fun' movie I guess, but I prefer the Shanghai Noon/Knights movies better. Though of course the interesting fight scenes in the Rush Hour movies were cool.
Worked on my Ballet Learning Log which is due this Friday. It's only about two pages so it's fairly easy. Then went to bed without writing blog because blogger.com was down. :P
So now it's Thursday morning right now, and I'm off to History class! Cya later!
