I Just Wanna Go Hooooooome... (as in Japan-Home)

It's late over here so I'm going to have to keep this short...

This morning woke up and quickly studied a bit for the map quiz we'll be taking in History class. Naomi had some sort of meeting so she dropped Maki and I off a bit earlier to the campus than usual. Lots of time to 'chitchat' and study for the map quiz with my classmates.

Took the quiz then finished up learning about the Islamic World. Next we'll be starting on more of Chinese history. :P I really don't have any interesting in Chinese civilizations... oh, well, gotta learn it I guess. :P

Went home and because for ASL class we were going to go out to Chili's, I only ate very little at home. My first dvd which I rented from Netflix arrived today; I got the first disc of the tv show Firefly's season1. Watched about half of the first episode and I think I'm really going to enjoy the rest of the episodes. :D

Dropped Erin and Maki off to campus then Naomi and I drove over to Kahala Mall. Met up with all our other classmates from ASL class as well as Ami and four of her friends (three of who are deaf). It was very fun experiences going out in such a large group and not being allowed to speak at all. The waiters' and waitress' expressions were so funny as they were trying so hard to accomodate us. They were really nice and patient with us.

After such a fun 'class', went home and I finished up the first episode of Firefly and watched episode 2. Around 6:30 I went over to the Kaimuki church to practice for the special music which Rose, Cris, Polly, Carl and I will be playing tomorrow night. Unfortunately, I somehow had gotten the times mixed up or they didn't tell me properly but Rose and Cris weren't coming until 7:45. So I just listened as the worship team practiced their music.

Special music practice went from around 7:45 to 8:30 and I was pretty hungry by the time I got home because I hadn't eaten dinner yet. :S So went home and had dinner while watching episode three of Firefly. I've finished watching the whole of disc 1 already! I'm going to be sending it back so I can rent another dvd from Netflix. I'm thinking perhaps I'll try to just go ahead and buy Firefly because I really enjoyed the first three episodes. Perhaps Christmas? ^_^
