Wow, It's Already Going to Be May Tomorrow!

My computer must be in a good mood; it decided not to give me any problems this morning after a few 'false-starts.' Took it easy on everything so didn't give me any other problems for the rest of the day. We'll see how its 'mood' will be tomorrow. :S

After a nice, relaxing breakfast time together, the four of us had our church service with Naomi leading and preaching about "Treasures on Earth and Heaven." It was a good service and we were also able to pray together for the renovation project which will begin this week back home in Japan. Will continue to pray for Kanto Christian Church!!! We're all so excited for the project and hope that God's blessing will be upon each and everyone involved!

For lunch we went to eat at a favorite Greek restaurant of ours; their gyros sandwiches are the BEST! Simply delicious, I always get it whenever I got there. ^_^ Went home and for the most part of the afternoon, I was either reading or writing up my essay for an Asian-Pacific scholarship I'm hoping to get for the upcoming semester. I actually read so much that I finished the book I had started in the morning and began another (which I finished reading a little while ago. :P). I'm such a bookworm now that I'm not much on my computer. ^_^

At around 6:00, we headed over to the church since they were having a movie night. Tonight's movie was Remember the Titans which is definitely one of my most favorite movies out there. It was fun watching the movie with so many friends. The movie started around 6:45 so until then we were able to fellowship quite a bit with many people. After the movie, we had a discussion time where we all talked about the movie, about our favorite movie lines, favorite scenes, favorite character, etc. We had a little quiz game in the beginning which was fun. I of course knew all the answers. :P

After the discussion time, we went home with Aunt Jean and Reed stopping by to drop some things off. We were all very disgusted with our next door neighbors who were (and still are!) having a party. They had invited quite a number of friends and they had parked all along our house, including right in front of our gate and our driveway! We of course made them make a space for us. *sigh* They're singing REALLY loud karaoke right now which is sooo ANNOYING! I DO hope they call it a night by the time I got to bed. :S

Going to do a little more reading, starting my third book of the day. ^_^ G'night to all!
