Such a Day Full of Creativity

Had History class first and I got back my quiz... 39 out of 40! I got all the multiple choice questions right (30) and got 9 out of 10 for the short essay. Puuuuurty good (I peeked at some of my neighbor's scores... :P). The rest of the class was spent talking about Andrew Carnegie's essay on Wealth. Basically, Mr. Cassity completely hates it... :P as did the other 'liberals' in my class. I mostly listened because it was pretty interesting to hear the whole discussions about the 'rights of the wealthy' and about 'charity'. :D

Next was theater class and I finally got to act out my scene! My teacher said it was the first time a girl has done the role of the Marine corporal in all of her theater classes! ^_^ Very flattering. Everyone's critique on it was also very flattering as everyone said I did a good job. The best compliment though was from my teacher who said that the overall feel of the scene was really good and that it was very well thought out. As I'm striving to be a director, that was the kind of compliment I'll really treasure.

I also got to do my introduction in front of the class which went well. I got quite a bit of cheers for stating that I want to be the first women to win the Best Director Academy Award if no one does so by the time I hopefully become director. ^_^

Went home and made fried rice for lunch which I ate while watching Love That Bob. Worked on trying to finish up my Lord of the Rings fanfic chapter...

Geography class was pretty interesting though I can't help but feel sleepy during that particular time of day. Watched a National Geographic documentary about global warming and some of the effects in different parts of the world; especially Alaska and the Caribbean. It was cool because Edward Norton was the host and narrator for the documentary (some may know him in his role of Steve the bad guy in The Italian Job).

Went home and did more writing (as I get closer to getting done, the more frantically I write to finish by the end of the day). Maki made pizza for dinner and we watched another episode of Love That Bob. Took a break from computer to do some reading then we had our prayer meeting. Very good meeting; talked about our church and how we have to continue to pray.

Erin was nice enough to help me with my Japanese homework then later on my mother helped me even more. ^_^ It's so nice to have such wonderful teachers. I'm glad though that they're saying that my writing has already begun to improve. Hopefully I want to try to write better and better throughout this whole semester.

Then I did even MORE writing, this time for my fanfic... and... I finished!!! It felt sooooo good to complete the chapter! I'm all fired up to continue the story again; I'm fairly bursting with creativity! ^_^

Tomorrow I have Japanese and Geography Lab classes... hope they go well and smoothly. Sweet dreams to all!

Wow, that's nice about your theater class! Must have been really great, wish I was there. ;) Edward Norton's rather cute in that pic...:P
