~Sunday's Child, Oh Yeah~
Don't know why that song's in my head right now... well, probably because it's Sunday. :P For breakfast we had Costco muffins which I haven't eaten in quite a while... SOOO GOOD! I especially like the chocolate muffins... who wouldn't like them I ask? ^_^
For our Sunday service, Erin led worship and then we listened to the sermon tapes sent over from Japan. Listened to my father's sermon of "To Be A Fool for Christ" which got a lot of 'amens' from us. It was a really good message and in way, something we could relate to here in Hawaii.
After the service, we stayed at home until around 12:30 when we went out to eat lunch with some people from Kaimuki Christian Church. Met up at Happy Days with Tina, Brandon, Cristi, Pastor Cal, and Pastor Chris (though he came much later). Had some fun fellowship while getting to eat VERY good food. ^_^
Tina and the three of us then went to the theaters to watch Failure to Launch. It was... not one of the best romantic comedies I've ever seen. :P Matthew McCounaughy was cute but the story was VERY lame (though it could have been handled much better to make it enjoyable) and Sara Jessica Parker wasn't too likable. Best thing about the movie was Justin Bartha (yes, Rie, I wrote 'Justin Bartha' :P) who was very hilarious. Unfortunately, I don't think I recommend this movie for the 'younger age group.' Would be enjoyed more by 'older' teens and up.
Got home and did some reading (fanfiction and actualy 'print'... lol!). Erin made dinner tonight of cooked salmon, salad, asparagus, and a potato dish. Verrry good; became very full afterwards. :P Watched some tv and now it's getting late (oops...) and I'm off to bed. G'night to all!
