Midterms!!!!

I'm going to keep this short because I need to go to bed and get a good night's sleep (tomorrow I have a midterm; more later...) History class was soooo much fun as usual. I think I'm enjoying the World Civilizations history classes better than the Modern American history class I'm taking right now. Both are interesting, but there's so much more to learn in World Civ.

Took Maki home (one of her classes was canceled) then went back to campus to attend a presentation at the International Cafe. Kalani, the head of the Cafe, gave a presentation about his one month trip traveling from the southern most tip to the northern most tip of Japan! Very interesting though I was getting really hungry because he talked a lot about the different Japanese foods you HAVE to eat when you are in certain parts of Japan. *sigh* Missing Japanese food...

So when I got home, I made myself ramen. ^_^ Watched tv a bit then for the rest of the afternoon I was concentrating very, very hard on studying the study guide for my Geography midterm which I'll be taking tomorrow. EEP! :P It's just really, really tough... I am not very scientifically minded (that's how I explain it...) so it's hard for me to remember all the special 'terms' to actually explain all the concepts. I truly do understand the concepts but for some reason I'm having a hard time 'expressing' them.

Took a break just before dinner. Very good dinner (Naomi prepared tonight's dinner); cooked salmon with miso sauce, pork spring rolls, and a potato-cheese cheese. Aftewards, Naomi and I watched tonight's American Idol in which the guys did a really good job. It was hard to decide who to vote for but I decided to be loyal and stick to this one guy I've been cheering on from the very beginning. ^_^

The rest of the night was of course spent... studying. :P It's funny, the most studying I do is only for midterms and finals so when I actually do have to study, I get all stressed out. :P Imagine how I'd be like if I had to, like, study all the time! lol! That's college for you I guess. ^_^ (for those who are wondering, I'm exaggerating a bit on not studying; don't worry, I do occasionally study). *wink!*

Going to try to study a bit tomorrow morning then going to spend my lunch break studying some more. And then I'm meeting with my teacher before the test to go over some concepts from the study guide that I don't exactly understand. Wish me luck but most of all, pray that I won't be all stressed out and that I'll have a clear head!
