The Weekend is Upon Us!!!

Went to History class a bit early today because we had a quiz on Indian civilization and religions. I think I did fairly well though I might have missed one question... hmmm.... it just depends if Mr. Cassity will give me credit for it or not since I am correct in a way... :P Oh well, I know I got most of the questions correct. Studied Chinese religions and such today as well as some of the dynasties. I'm sooooo glad I didn't have to live during those early civilizations where the rulers were nuts... lol!

Went home, had lunch then dropped Erin and Maki off to the campus. Since Naomi and I were having a quiz in ASL for the second group (the class is divided into two groups for the quizzes), we went to Kahala Mall to do some grocery shopping. We also went by Long's Drugstore so that I could get some new batteries for my scientific calculator. Turns on now! :P

The ASL quiz was fairly difficult; I think I did well though I might have gotten a B+. :S I do hope I didn't do too badly... I know I completely missed one question. Ah, well, as Naomi says, 'don't get stressed out about something you can't do anything about anymore'. :p

Got home and relaxed in the afternoon then had dinner of lasagna, gyoza, stir-fried eggplant, and kimchee. Quite a mixed up dinner, wouldn't you say? ^_^ It was really good though; I'm used to eating all kinds of foods at one meal and I'm certainly NOT too picky about food. lol!

Drove to Blockbusters to return my dvds that I had borrowed and rent a couple more for the weekend. Naomi and Erin were having their Bible study so Maki and I stayed 'holed up' in our room. Oh yes! Since the Bible study group always have some sort of dessert while having the study, tonight they had parfaits!! "I LOVE parfaits"! lol! Couldn't help but think of Donkey right then... Anyway, they were nice enough to let us join in for the desserts. It was basically make your own parfaits with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwis, chocolate syrup, and corn flakes. Looks good, doesn't it? ^_^

Yay, the weekend is starting tomorrow! I'm so happy! :P There will be the Friday night service tomorrow... :S Hope I do well, I think I'll probably be completely nervous tomorrow though so far I'm holding up. :P
