I studied a bit of history before leaving for class because both Maki and I had a feeling that we would have a quiz. And sure enough, we walked into class and Mr. Cassity announced we had a quiz. :P Fortunately, it was really easy. A total of five questions, two multiple choice and three short answers. I'm quite positive that I aced the quiz (at least, I hope so...) Today's history lecture was lots of fun, focusing on King Hammurabi. Mr. Cassity read a lot of the laws from the Hammurabi Laws and they were all quite interesting. Mesopotamia must have had all kinds of strange problems for Hammurabi to come up with some interesting (and somtimes ridiculous) laws. 'An Eye for an Eye' indeed...
Maki and I walked home today then after cooling off in our room for a bit (today was HOT!), we had lunch of leftovers. I flipped through channels but there wasn't anything interesting or good playing. We all went to campus then because we all had classes.
ASL class today was interesting. Finished early so we played a fun game though we still got to leave early. ^_^ I love my class... Part of our grade for ASL class is that we have to go to two Deaf events and write papers on both events. I asked my teacher, and I got permission to write on of the papers on performing at the Yokohama Deaf School! So hurray! I only have to go to one Deaf event, and Naomi and I are thinking of going to a special Starbucks meeting where Deaf people and 'sign-ers' meet and get together. Sounds like lots of fun though I think I might freeze up when I actually have to sign. :P One of the meetings is taking place this Friday, maybe we'll go then but we haven't made any definite plans yet.
Got home then Naomi and I suddenly decided to go to Gap to do some shopping. ^_^ I got three nice shirts to where for school or semi-formal occasions while Naomi got quite a lot of clothes. :P We didn't shop too long; I don't like loooooooong shopping sprees but today's shopping was lots of fun. ^_^ It's strange because Hawaii is already starting to sell their 'winter' clothes. Long sleeves, jackets, coats, dress shirts, etc. :S I don't need 'winter' clothes quite yet, thank you very much...
Started cooking dinner when I got home. Maki had to go to the post office to pick up a package from her grandmother with Erin so she helped out in cooking later on. Naomi helped though and we made a delicious chicken cream stew, chives itame, and a hash potatoes with cheese dish. Yumm! Oh, almost forgot, when cooking we went over next door to meet the landlady. She was really nice and even gave us some special desserts! Mmmmm...
Right after eating, I headed for my computer to have the video conference with the kids at school in Japan. The sign dance went soooo well, I'm so proud of them! The dancing was good but overall, the feel and atmosphere was lots better. ^_^ *big round of applause*
Naomi helped me with my essay for English by looking over it and helping in 'cleaning' it up. I think it's pretty good for a first draft, I'll see what kind of reaction I'll get tomorrow in class. :S
Ahhh, tomorrow is another day of school. Excited a little for English class. I also hope I did ok on my Math homework which I have to pass to Mr. Astromoff tomorrow. Well, I'm going to perhaps do a little writing before going to bed... oh yeah!! Guess what? I got my 800th review for my Lord of the Rings story! AHHHHH!! I'm so happy about that! And so far, out of all 800

Only one picture so far, so here's a picture of the 'Fabulous Four' at a field trip at Zoorasia.
