~I Will Survive, I Will Sur-- (splat!)~

Though I had a very late night last night, I still woke up around 9:00. :P Oh, well; not too bad I guess. lol! Relaxed in the morning, just doing some computer and writing a little. For lunch, I made omu-rice for everyone (Naomi helped a little... *wink!*) So thank you to Naomi! It was nice having rice for the main dish.... SOOOooooo good! Maybe I'll make again sometime soon. ^_^

Right after lunch, Naomi and I went over to Ward Theaters for a just-the-two-of-us-together outing. Decided to watch Aeon Flux which just came out yesterday. And I must say, though at first it was just a tad too strange a movie, by the middle I was in complete awe. I must say, the story 'twist' is quite ingenious; not too 'shocking' but suprising and presented in such a way which makes the audience go, 'Ahhhhh! NOW I see what's been going on!' I kind of reminds me of movies like Equilibrium, Matrix, and other such post-apocalyptic movies. Aeon Flux is a very stylish movie, especially since MTV created the original animated series and produced this Hollywood version. This is not a movie for everyone though... I must say strongly that it is quite a strange movie. Some very odd scenes though I guess it 'makes sense' because it is set 400 years in the future. By learning history, I know just how much a civilization can change their mindsets and ways of thinking.

After the movie, picked up some Starbucks frapuccine then relaxed a bit at home (watched a Hogan's Heroes episode, did some computer, took a short nap). I also watched a bit of our school dramas like The Sound of Music and Cinderella. lol! So funny (and a trite embarrassing) after so long. At around 5:15, Naomi dropped me off at Connie and Brad's house for another babysitting job. Braden was a bit hyper so was a bit hard getting him to bed (:P) but he was asleep by 7:30. Jessica and I watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban which I thought the lamest of all the Potter films I've seen. The story was soooo mediocre and it doesn't even really have an interesting bad guy. It was enjoyable I guess, but NOTHING spectacular.

The rest of the time, from around 8:30 to 12:00, Jessica and I were just lounging on the couches, talking about ALLLLLL sorts of random things. I also had my laptop so I was showing her videos of like some dance videos (as well as the weird alien I Will Survive! video which Jessica was cracking up over :P). I also had brought the Newsies Test dvd as well as the KCIS sign dance demo dvd which we watched. ^_^ Jessica and I are getting along great which is really nice. It would be very uncomfortable if we didn't get along... lol!

Naomi decided to just come pick me up since it was getting late; it was nice though because Naomi arrived just minutes before the parents came home a little after midnight. ^_^ So now here I am, back at home! I've done sooo much babysitting this week! Now I'm really ready for bed.... Zzzzzz... good night!
